Instruction’s for applying for a McAlester MWR Card
  1. Please read MWR card eligibility information sheet.
  2. Fill out MWR Registration Sheet.
  3. Return Registration Sheet with fees to:
     McAlester Army Ammunition Plant-MWR
     1 C Tree Road, Building 659A
     McAlester, OK 74501
  4. MWR card will be mailed to address on registration sheet.
